Nature and Shoal Sanctuary contain inherent dangers.

Shoal Sanctuary, Inc. operates, manages, and controls access to Shoal Sanctuary. By the execution of this document I agree to assume all risks of injury to person and property from this date forward. Risks include, but are not limited to: negligence, both manmade and natural hazards, insects such as bees and fire ants, animal encounters with bears, snakes, alligators, stray dogs and turkeys, power equipment (keep a safe distance), motor vehicles, adverse weather including lightning, human litter such as glass and barbed wire, steep slopes without railings, slippery surfaces, falling, environmental hazards such as cactus, pesticides, animal excrement, and negligence of others.

I acknowledge that Shoal Sanctuary can be dangerous and poses potentially serious risks of injury or death. I understand and accept the hazards and expressly agree to assume all risks in visiting the site. In exchange for permission given me by Robert and/or Christina Larson to visit I hereby give my iron-clad guarantee and promise to hold harmless, defend, indemnify, release, covenant not to sue, and forever discharge Shoal Sanctuary, Inc., Robert and Christina Larson personally, their respective heirs, personal representatives, and successors from any and all claims and causes of action, whether past, present, or future, for damages, injury, or death arising as a result of any visit to Shoal Sanctuary. By signing this waiver I realize I am giving up legal rights to which I otherwise may be entitled.

I further agree to abide by the rules, to clean up after myself, to leave only footprints, to take only photographs, and allow any photos taken of me to be published. If dissatisfied with my visit to Shoal Sanctuary, I promise to send written statements of my grievance by certified mail to Shoal Sanctuary, Inc., 4 Longwood Drive, Shalimar, FL 32579-1046 and Parker B. Smith, Suite 311, 1219 Airport Rd, Destin, FL 32541. If anything goes wrong, I agree to arbitrate with and pay for American Arbitration Association.
